As I began my career, I believed the lie that I had to have the certain approval of others to feel good about myself. This ended up being very big in my work life and made me very driven for success. I had a flourishing business, lots of cash and I owned lots of real estate. I was speaking all over North America and had trained over 50,000 investors. In fact, many times I was the next speaker on stage after Donald Trump. The crazy part is that I now realize I had so much emptiness in me during this time and I felt like I was imprisoned in the world’s system just to “get the acceptance of man.” Along the way I learned God wants to redeem all that was stolen from you and he wants to be all things in your life. He walked with me and took me through a season where he revealed himself as a Father to me. He took me into my past and showed me the truth so I could be free.
